About The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time after-sales service officer to support some of our fastest growing brands. This is an opportunity to be immersed in the sporting industry and utilise different skills and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
The position is responsible for administering our after-sales service system, providing technical support, processing claims with the international brands we represent and general workshop repairs such as wheel builds. This role has a strong focus on customer service and is crucial to the professional reputation of BikeSportz. You will be provided with opportunities to assist with various product administration tasks and to use your initiative to contribute to new processes and continuous improvement.
The position is available for full time only, located at our head office in Braeside, Victoria and offers several career development opportunities. Salary is based on experience. We also offer a great staff discount, to keep you in all the latest and greatest products we have to offer.
Key accountabilities include:
Managing enquiries relating to warranties, returns, repairs and technical support the Bikesportz family of brands.
Execute the after sales procedures for all our brands.
Offer technical support both internally and externally.
Carrying out brand related mechanical repairs such as wheel building, brake rebuilding and diagnosis.
Acting as a brand guardian across our business and working with our internal team to enhance our brands.
Managing and growing international and local relationships and partnerships through your work.
Achieving set monthly KPI's.

Knowledge of the cycling industry is essential.
Skilled in bicycle maintenance and repair with the ability to build wheels.
