The Cycling Fix, Malvern is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Assistant Manager.
We are a Specialized, ENVE and Kona bikes dealer focused on Mountain, Road, Gravel and Electric bikes and equipment.
We operate multiple sales channels but remain focused on building real life connections with our customers.
The role:
If you have excellent knowledge and passion for all things cycling, this is the ultimate all rounder roll for you.
Reporting directly to the store owner, the Assistant Manager role is varied and requires a person ready to jump in and make a difference where required.
Your Regular Work days will be Tuesday to Saturday
Your days will include:
Supervise junior staff.
In-store and online bicycle and accessories sales.
Bicycle assembly & occasional repairs.
In-store display and presentation of goods and services.
Maintain a clean workspace – we sell premium products; the showroom must reflect this at all times.
Inventory Management - Stock receipt, storage and loading.
E-commerce, product creation and upload.
E-commerce marketing.
Participate in strategy development for advertising and sales events.
Continue to develop our customer base.

Exceptional communication skills are a must.
Flexibility is everything – sales, E-commerce, bike building - pitch in where required.
