Our new MAAP flagship is an experiential retail store that presents the very best of MAAP product in an elevated environment and also provides a space for creative dialogue and collaboration with the local community, extending the cultural influence and audience of the MAAP brand. Located in Collingwood, our flagship store is a meeting place for the MAAP community, inside you’ll find the latest MAAP product range, a coffee hub serving the finest brews and the space will play host to events as well as weekly shop rides.

Assist in managing the accountability for the MAAP Collingwood Retail Flagship
Deliver the MAAP experience by engaging, developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with our customers and the wider community.
Champion sales and lead from the front as part of the Store Management Team
Assist in the day-to-day operations to achieve sales, wage, and expense budgets while ensuring all work processes comply with MAAP standards and Policies
The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time position, with a Sunday - Thursday working week.
The ideal Assistant Store Manager will have the following skills and qualities:
Excellent management skills
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience within a retail or customer service environment
Experience in a position that demonstrated autonomy and accountability and an ability to demonstrate results
A passion for delivering a world-class customer experience in retail
A keen interest in cycling, fashion, music and Melbourne culture
