We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Stanmore store to train, coach and develop our team.
Skills and attributes:
Have an absolute commitment to providing customers with the best service possible
Be organised and methodical to follow company procedures, as well as bringing in your own
Understand that increasing store profits is your prime responsibility
Know how to build a passionate, and success-driven culture in your team
Be a self-starter with an owners mentality
Someone who will bring strong management skills and experience to the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising your team
Maintaining our store presentation guidelines
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Overseeing pricing and stock control
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Preparing promotional materials and displays in conjunction with our marketing team
Liaising with senior management
