What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of bicycle makes and models

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance, including wheel truing, brake adjustments, and gear tuning

• Assemble new bicycles to high standards

• Provide excellent customer service and advice to customers

• Maintain a clean and organised workshop

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic essential, ideally in a retail or workshop setting

• Strong technical skills and a good understanding of bicycle components and repair procedures

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities

• Customer service focused with great communication skills
