What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised bicycle mechanic to join the team in our new West Perth showroom and fully-equipped workshop.
Mechanic experience of some variety is required. You’ll be working with advanced products and customers who expect and value great service, product knowledge and the ability to answer their questions. Are you mechanically minded with the ability to manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner? Please read on!
=> You will be responsible for:
Building new ebikes and servicing ebikes for our existing customers
Joint management of the workshop, including spare parts and equipment
Handover of ebikes and induction of customers
Stepping in to show customers our range of ebikes and organise test rides during peak times
Managing service bookings and assisting customers with technical queries
=> We are looking for someone who:
Has a demonstrated mechanical ability
Can work independently
Has great interpersonal and communication skills
Has a “can do” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Has a service-minded attitude
Enjoys working with a team to grow a business
Can organise their work systematically and in a timely manner
Has great attention to detail
Is comfortable using a computer and (willing to learn to use) systems like Point-of-Sale, workshop management software and e-bike system diagnostics
Is available minimum 20hrs/week+, up to full-time by mutual agreement
