KWT began its journey in 1958 and is today one of Australia’s longest-running bicycle parts wholesalers. The company has a strong association with key local and international brands, distributed to 1000 bicycle retail shops.
KWT is seeking a passionate, driven individual who has a keen interest in cycling, to join our team as a Sales Representative. The territory is for Melbourne and surrounding suburbs which you will share with an existing sales representative.
You will work alongside the KWT head office (sales, planning, and marketing teams) to provide sales service and support to local bicycle parts and service resellers.
The key duties and responsibilities of the VIC Sales Manager will be:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and new accounts
Maintain a regular call cycle of shop visits
approx. 100 accounts
One day a month administrative work
Ability to work with basic CRM tools and be proficient with Excel
Experience with business-to-business
Communicate important information to customers such as:
Conduct vendor refills
Process warranty returns

What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in either the cycling B-B or retail environment
Excellent communication and sales skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to arrange and deliver key info to clients
Active cyclist - able to go on shop rides with clients at least once per week
Strategic long-term thinker looking for 10 years employment
