Brisbane Bicycle Service is currently looking for new team members in our workshop , the role will include assembly of new bikes, custom bike builds, repairs and servicing.

Having experience in a bicycle workshop is essential as well as use of retail booking systems.
We regard reliability, friendliness and a can-do attitude highly valuable.
Your day to day responsibilities will include booking workshop repairs instore and on the phone, repairs and bike builds as well as collection of the bike and providing feedback to the customer on what has been done and how best to look after their bike.
We sell and repair high end bicycles !

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Experience in bicycle servicing, wheel building and electronic systems across all categories of bikes is highly desirable
Must provide exemplary skills in both product knowledge and relationship building
Provide excellent customer service to Brisbane Bicycle Service customers.
Must be a positive team player and demonstrate collaborative skills within the department and with other departments in the bike Shop.
