Bike mechanic - Ballina

THE BICYCLE EMPORIUM

We are looking for an enthusiastic cyclist to join our team as an entry level mechanic and sales assistant. Our ideal candidate would be free to work 3-5 days a week up to 8 hours a day, with some weekends. They should be a self-starter with some knowledge of bicycle maintenance and a keen interest in cycling. Additional training will be provided.

What You'll Do:

• Perform bike repairs, servicing, and maintenance to a high standard

• Assist customers in choosing the right bicycles, parts, and accessories

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and retail space

• An enthusiastic cyclist with some mechanical experience

• A genuine passion for cycling and the cycling community

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who can find the jobs that need doing when everyone else is busy
