reliable Bicycle Mechanic to join the team. If you love working with your hands, take pride

What You'll Be Doing

Performing high quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of bikes

Building new bikes to manufacturer standards and preparing them for sale

Communicating clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and costs

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workshop

Supporting the sales team with technical advice and product knowledge

Managing workshop bookings and ensuring fast, reliable turnaround times

Staying up to date with new technologies, components, and industry trends

What You Bring

Experience as a bicycle mechanic or technician (professional or high level home

workshop experience considered)

Minimum 1-2 years of bicycle mechanic experience required

Australian work rights are required for this position

Ability to perform complete bicycle overhauls including all technical repair skills is essential

Availability to work full-time hours including Saturdays is required

Strong understanding of modern drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and e-bike systems

Experience with all types of e-bike systems is required

A methodical approach to troubleshooting and repairs

Confidence working independently and as part of a small team

A friendly, customer focused attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt as the industry evolves

Bicycle mechanic experience is essential
