About the Role and You: 

Your role will involve building, servicing, diagnosis and repairing a wide array of bicycles across all categories including e-bikes and custom builds. You will be working within a supportive environment to help increase the capacity of the workshop to meet our growing demands whilst expanding both your mechanical and electrical knowledge of the job. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs, servicing, and bike builds with high quality and efficiency.

• Building premium bikes to showroom perfection.

• Provide expert advice to customers and guide them through mechanical issues and service options.

• Oversee and maintain accurate parts recording and invoicing for all workshop jobs.

• Supporting the sales team with technical insight when needed.

 Skills and Experience Required: 

• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and can demonstrate you are committed, reliable and are continually learning to improve your capabilities.

• A passion for problem-solving and doing things right the first time.

• Great communication skills and a friendly, rider-focused approach.

• The ability to thrive during busy periods and keep things moving.
