Exciting New North Lakes Store Opening April!

We are looking for a motivated Bicycle Mechanic/Bicycle Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our brand new GIANT NORTH LAKES  Store.   You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support within our bicycle retail store.  Full Time Positions also available.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable bicycle products and accessories

• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our bicycle range

• Assisting customers with selecting, fitting and purchasing bicycles and related products

• Maintaining a tidy and well-organised retail space

• Restocking shelves and displays as required

• Processing and packing online orders

• Providing excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

• Supporting the wider retail team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the bicycle industry

• Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for bicycles and cycling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, helpful and professional manner

• The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
