 The Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional bicycle mechanic to join our team on a full time basis, however we have space for you too if part-time or casual hours are what you need. 

 Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• The assembly and servicing of high performance road, gravel, mountain, touring and electric bicycles .

• The provision of outstanding client focused customer service. 

• Assisting in the management and scheduling of workshop service bookings.

• Assisting in the management of workshop inventory and equipment. 

• Assisting in the continuous improvement of our workshop processes.

 Required Experience and Abilities

• Significant prior experience as a professional bicycle mechanic.

• A high level of knowledge and understanding of a broad range of contemporary bicycle technology with strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability.

• A strong focus on quality work with attention to detail and presentation.

• The ability to work efficiently and independently in an organised manner with effective time management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers.  

• An attitude of diligence, honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect for colleagues, customers and staff.

• Enthusiasm and passion for cycling is essential.
