Giant North Lakes is Giant’s newest Brisbane store, opening in April in a brand-new, purpose-built showroom and workshop. The store has quickly become a thriving, high-volume retail and service hub, and due to rapid growth we are expanding our team.

We are now seeking experienced Bicycle Mechanics and Retail Sales Assistants to join our busy workshop and sales floor in a modern, fast-paced and professional environment.

Positions Available

• Bicycle Mechanic / Retail Assistant

• Retail Sales Assistant

Both full-time and casual positions are available.

About the Role

You will be part of a high-performing team in a busy, growing store, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, quality mechanical work and supporting both in-store and online operations.

Duties include

• Servicing, repairing and building bicycles to manufacturer standards

• Customer sales, bike fitting and product advice

• Processing in-store and online orders

• Supporting store promotions, product launches and campaigns

• Assisting with social media, content and online customer enquiries

• Maintaining a clean, organised workshop and showroom

About You

• Previous experience in a bicycle shop is essential

• Strong knowledge of modern bicycles, components and e-bikes

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Confident, friendly and professional with customers

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Available to work weekends
