We are seeking a full‑time / part time, Bicycle Mechanic / Sales Associate who shares our passion for bikes. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building new model bicycles

• Performing repairs, servicing, diagnostics, general maintenance, and cleaning

• Engaging with customers and sharing your expertise

• Assisting with retail sales across bikes, parts, and accessories

• Helping maintain a high standard of store presentation

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with high‑end bicycle brands

• Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify maintenance needs

• Experience servicing Mountain bike suspension and E-bikes is an advantage

• A willingness to continually learn new technologies and service techniques

• Maintain Specialized University Guide Status by completing required training modules

• Confidence using electronic B2B portals, POS systems, and diagnostic tools

• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

• High attention to detail, reliability, trustworthiness, and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive team culture

• A warm, approachable manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay helpful and focused even on busy days

• This is a part time or full‑time position, and salary will be based on the skills, experience, and attributes of the successful candidate.
