As a Bicycle Mechanic at Trek, or as we say, a Production Technician, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about keeping bikes running flawlessly and being part of a team that delivers incredible hospitality and experiences to each and every customer.
This casual role offers flexibility of days and hours while also being an opportunity to grow into a permanent full time or part time role. Mid week days or hours availability is flexible but Saturday availability will be highly regarded and required.As the Production Technician you will work closely with other tech team members while taking a leading role in execution and completion of work orders quickly and consistently, while keeping accuracy and quality a top priority.

Advanced knowledge, experience and technical skills as a bicycle mechanic;
Self-motivation, a positive, team-focused mentality, plus a willingness to pitch in on any task
Fantastic hospitality-a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can-even on the toughest, busiest days
Top-notch communication skills
Impressive attention to detail and problem solving skills;
