We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a senior full time role as Head Mechanic / Workshop Manager. The successful candidate will apply their skills and experience to continue to grow and refine the business. This person will have:
· Strong knowledge in premium cycling brands, technology and products
· Previous retail and/or cycling workshop experience (3-5 years minimum)
· Experience in a retail and/or workshop management role
· Customer focused approach to sales and advice
Applicants with skills and experience in the following will be highly considered;
· Lightspeed POS Systems
· Stock management and ordering
· Social media and marketing experience
