Bike mechanic - Hobart


A great opportunity exists for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join the team at My Ride Hobart on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your love of bikes with a well-known established business.

Within the role, you will be providing accurate product & servicing advice to our customers and work on a large range of Bicycle makes and models. Some responsibilities of the role include:

  • Bike repairs, servicing and problem solving

  • Assembling bikes ready for sale

  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop

  • Ordering parts from suppliers

  • Discipline to adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Assisting with customer enquiries

About You

As our newest team member, you will have:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working on all types of bikes

  • The ability to assemble factory delivered & ground-up custom bike builds

  • Experience servicing Mountain bike suspension and E-bikes is an advantage

  • Interest in personal and skilled development

  • A strong customer focus and to go the extra mile

  • Australian work rights are required for this position
