What we require

The Lead Service Technician must be willing to be involved in all roles at the Trek store but have a main focus on bike repair with outstanding technical ability. We seek applicants who have a calm, no stress demeanor and a can-do attitude. An ability to relate to a broad customer base on all issues is a necessity.

We look to the Lead Service Technician to fully and confidently evaluate all our customers' needs and qualify service appropriately. With hospitality being our top priority, the Lead Service Technician must provide exemplary skills in both product knowledge and relationship building.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and energy filled environment, with a positive, team focused attitude is paramount. Experience in suspension servicing, wheel building and electronic systems across all categories of bikes is highly desirable.

  • A willingness to grow your skills as a mechanic

Preference will be given to candidates who hold a TAFE Certificate in Bicycle Workshop Operations or have worked as a bicycle mechanic in a retail environment.
