Spoke n Sprocket is a unique bicycle workshop dedicated to servicing bikes in the west. We need a mechanic to come onboard and join our amazing team.
We are a small owner operated bicycle workshop providing quality workmanship; specialising in repairs, servicing and restorations in Spotswood, inner west Melbourne. We take pride in our work, community and staff and need someone that loves bikes as much as we do.
We are looking for a mechanic to carry out general bicycle workshop duties. This includes bike servicing, bike cleaning, building bikes, wheel building, custom builds, bicycle repairs, general clean up and normal workshop duties. In-house and industry training will be provided and ongoing for the right person.
The position is for approx 20 hrs a week and has full time employment opportunities. There is flexibility with days and hours. Some Saturday morning work may be required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate person who has a keen interest in bikes, has mechanical aptitude and is eager to learn. This a great opportunity to work on a wide range of bikes and in a fully equipped workshop dedicated to servicing bikes in the heart of the west.
