We are seeking Casual Mechanics and Bike builders to join our busy Richmond store.
Your daily tasks will include:
Primarily assembling new bikes
Repairing used bikes
Providing exceptional customer service
Selling bicycles, parts & accessories when required
Discipline to adhere to company policies and procedures
Servicing bikes from all brands
To be considered for this role you need to:
Be a highly motivated person who strives to get the most out of each day
Have a ‘can do’ attitude to making the store and yourself highly successful
Have had previous experience in a bike store and/or retail sales
Be able to demonstrate that you have a passion for providing the best customer service experience
Be dedicated, committed and disciplined to work hard to EXCEED targets each day
Have the ability to work to a flexible roster
Have experience working with bicycles!
