Cyclezone Mooloolaba is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bicycle Mechanic to become a vital part of our dynamic team. As a leading independent bike shop, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and expertise to our cycling community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Repairs: Service and maintain a range of bicycles, including road, mountain, and e-bikes

• Advanced Technology: Work with electronic shifting systems (Di2, AXS) and perform bike fittings

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, including detailed handovers and consultations

• Inventory Management: Oversee workshop stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and efficient workshop environment

About You:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a bicycle mechanic role within a retail environment

• Technical Skills: Proficient with modern bike technologies and fitting procedures

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to repairs and maintenance

• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
