Copper Trails Bike Hire is a bicycle shop serving the local community of the Copper Coast and Yorke Peninsula. We are an enthusiastic team who are passionate about cycling, the cycling industry and local tourism.
We are currently seeking an experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our Team. Our goal is to build, expand and develop our bicycle service, repair, and maintenance for our community. We currently cover MTB, E-Bikes, commuters, recreational and the entire family’s bikes.
About the role and responsibilities You will be required to provide accurate service & product advice to our customers and work on a wide range of bicycle makes and models.
Bike repairs, servicing and problem solving
Assembling bikes ready for sale
Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop
Assisting with customer enquiries on sales and technical issues
About you
As a valued member of our team, ideally you will have -
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on all types of bikes
A passion for bicycles, the industry, and the community
You’re all about delivering great customer experiences and going the extra mile
The ability to assemble factory delivered bikes
Experience servicing a range of bike models and e-Bikes is an advantage
You have a positive attitude, are reliable and enjoy working in a friendly and professional environment
Have a willingness to learn and work as a team
Highly organized, strong time management skills and proactive
You’re a clear communicator
Must have Australian residency
