Flash E-Bikes are Newcastle and Port Stephens' leading Dirodi and Fatboy dealer. We also sell a range of other E-bike brands including Lekker, AMPD bros and Vamos. Due to increase demand on our workshop, we need a bike mechanic for 3-4 days per week in our Newcastle workshop.
About you:
We love to have you in our team if you have:
Experience working on bikes or in a sales role in bike shop (Having past experience with e-Bikes repair is not required but is an advantage).
A willingness to learn (can train the right candidate)
Technical aptitude
The ability to work under pressure
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
You are either an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
You value all customer enquiries and seek to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
You are curious, keen to expand your knowledge, you enjoy solving problems and taking great pride and satisfaction in figuring things out on your own.
Have a full Australian Driver's license
Hubtiger experience desirable
About the role:
Tasks & responsibilities
Assembling electric bikes
Assisting customers who come to our shop to see and test ride bikes
Repairing and servicing electric bikes
Bike hire pre-inspection and safety checks
Maintaining our bike workshop, including management of spare parts inventories and equipment
Working with other team members to refine and improve our products range
Wage and hours negotiable could lead to full time work right person.
3-4 Days per week initially
