About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who can provide top-quality service, from repairing and maintaining bikes to helping customers find their perfect ride.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Performing bicycle repairs, servicing, and maintenance
Assembling new bikes to a high standard
Providing expert advice to customers on bikes, accessories, and gear
Assisting with sales and customer service in-store
Keeping the workshop and retail space clean and organised
Processing online orders
Stock control
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a bicycle mechanic (minimum 3 year preferred)
Strong sales and customer service skills
Passion for cycling and knowledge of bikes, parts, and accessories
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
