We are a family owned bicycle store located in North Perth, WA. Elite Racing Cycles was started in 2005 and has been one of Perth's most premium bike stores ever since. Taken on by new ownership over a year ago, Elite still maintains its status as one of the best bicycle stores in WA. With a new amazing workshop space and open show room it has really taken the business to the next level.
About the role
We are seeking full time bicycle mechanic to work a minimum of 32 hours a week in our busy workshop. We are a open workshop so this will also require a bit of retail and sales. It is a very chilled and fun environment to work but we endeavour to give the customers a high quality experience and service their bike to an extremely high standard.
Tasks include -
Servicing of bicycles
New / custom builds
Sales of bikes, accessories and apparel
Intaking service bikes
Ordering parts
Technical training
Quoting repairs
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as a bicycle mechanic
Eager to learn and expand your knowledge
Knowledge of latest industry technology ( E-Bikes, electronic gears)
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail - we work on some of the best bikes going and we require an extremely good eye for detail to ensure the best service possible.
Basic computer skills, able to work POS and booking systems.
