An excellent opportunity is available for an organised and detail-oriented bicycle mechanic to join our CBD store.
Summary
Working with our customers, you will be responsible for completing service and repair work, new bicycle assembly, answering phones and assisting with sales during busy periods.
What we’re looking for:
High technical knowledge of bicycles.
Strong customer service and mechanical skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
High level of organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to learn quickly and problem solve.
1+ years bicycle industry experience preferred.
Confident in bleeding disc brakes, trueing wheels and fitting new parts and components correctly.
How you will make an impact:
Performing service and repair work in an efficient and precise manner.
Providing technical support to our customers.
Managing a clean and organised workshop.
Ensuring the workshop area is always a safe environment for staff.
Assisting with sales when required.
