Bicycle Mechanic - Camping World and Compleat Angler & Barney’s Bikes Kempsey

A position is currently available as a bicycle mechanic. We are a new store with fantastic brands and are willing to provide training via recognised training courses for the successful applicant. Successful applicants would benefit from an interest in working on bicycles or a mechanical interest. Applicants would also need good communication skills and customer relation skills to work in the retail sales of bikes and accessories. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Sales

•  Repairs and bike builds as well as collection of the bike and providing feedback to the customer on what has been done and how best to look after their bike.

• Booking workshop repairs instore and on the phone,

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local cycling community.

• Have A High Standard Of Workmanship

• Are Friendly And Approachable

• Well Presented And Professional

To Be Successful In This Role You Need:

• Solid proven achievements. These can be demonstrated in personal goals, sporting or through study and work. We value a successful track record and drive.

• A past history demonstrating commitment, reliability, continual improvement and learning.

• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships.

• Mechanical aptitude.
