About our Service Leaders
As a Technical Service Leader you deliver legendary customer service and create maximum synergy across the entire business and team at all times, proividing full support to each team member.
Our technical service leaders work as part of a team to build, service and repair bikes to the highest industry standard and achieve productivity targets in a fast paced environment with flexible hours and rotating weekend work.
As a Service Leader you are accountable to the Store Manager
Key responsibilities include
Technical service
Customer service
Sales support
Workshop ready
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum 2 years full time experience in high performance bicycles and ebikes – 5 years preferred
Key Technical skills:
Electronic gears
Ebikes diagnostics
Suspension, dropper post and hydraulics
Wheel building and repairs
