Bike mechanic - Sydney

We currently have a full time vacancy for a skilled mechanic.

If you have worked as a professional mechanic and are experienced in repairing and redeploying bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters we want to hear from you.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of professional bicycle mechanic experience.

If you have experience with Mountain, Road and Hybrids, with disc and hydraulic brakes and even bike suspension systems we want you to apply for this vacancy.

If you on top of all that wants to work for an organsiation with an ennvironmental and social agenda you will be our top candidate.

You will join a highly motivated team working in a fast paced evironment and assist with:

• assessing incoming bikes for redeployment

• repairing and getting the bikes ready for sale

• servicing bikes

• disassembling bikes for spare parts

• ordering parts

• pricing of redeployed bikes

• maintaining the workshop clean and tidy

• applying health and safety standards

• contributing to improvements of workshop procedures, sales strategy and health and safety standards.

• facilitation of educational workshops – optional
