We are a new upcoming store that specialises in bicycles including premium road, gravel and youth precision bike builds. With a bespoke designed store located in Mosman, our workshop is the heart of the business, and we take pride in the craftsmanship that leaves our stands every day.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join us on a casual basis (up to 4 days per week to start), with strong opportunity to grow as the business expands.

This is a workshop-first role focused on servicing, custom builds, and detailed component work on high-end road and gravel bikes. You’ll also assist customers with honest, knowledgeable advice — with no hard-sell.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair premium road and gravel bikes

• Complete high-end custom builds to exacting standards

• Perform custom upgrades and modifications on existing bikes (component swaps, cockpit changes, drivetrain upgrades, etc.)

• Diagnose mechanical and drivetrain issues efficiently

• Work with modern component standards and specifications

• Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop

• Provide friendly and genuine customer service

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic in a professional workshop

• Demonstrated experience performing custom component upgrades and detailed modification work

• Ability to occasionally support the sales team when required

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and manage workflow

• Friendly, approachable communication style

• Genuine passion for cycling
