Happy Wheels is seeking a Bicycle Mechanic with at least 3 years' experience to join our team in Sydney's Inner-City/Eastern Suburbs. This role is 3–4 days per week, working in a high-quality workshop servicing and building premium brands including Cervélo, Focus and Look. During high-volume periods, 5 days' work will be available.

The role
As part of our team, you will:
Service, repair, and build bicycles to Happy Wheels' standards;
Diagnose and solve mechanical issues efficiently;
Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers;
Assist with customer service and sales when needed;
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years' experience as a bicycle mechanic;
Has specialised experience working with performance and racing bicycles;
Possesses strong mechanical ability and attention to detail;
Is comfortable working within established procedures;
Excels in problem-solving, thinking creatively to find effective mechanical solutions;
Is reliable, friendly and team-oriented;
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
Communicates clearly with customers and colleagues;
Is comfortable using computers for workshop tasks;
Is available to work Saturdays.
