Tune Cycles is growing and needs experienced mechanics looking for career progression. This role suits experienced bike mechanics or established mobile mechanics who'd like to become future leaders of the business.
As part of the team, your days will involve:
In-workshop and Mobile Service Work This role is a mix of in-shop and mobile service work (in our mobile workshops).
Bike Service & Repair. Make sure their bike is safe & enjoyable to ride and let them know of upcoming service needs.
Workplace Tune-Up & Bike Demo Days where we bring the workshop to the rider and
Event & Race Support Support riders at major Road, Gravel & MTB events
You also have the opportunity to be involved in a number of technical services (wheel building, suspension servicing, etc.) as we look to expand our service offerings further.
We would love to hear from anyone who:
has experience working as a bicycle mechanic (any eBike experience will be highly desirable)
wants to own & run their own bike shop
has customer service or retail experience
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
can effectively manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner
has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
holds a current full Australian driver's licence (This is essential)
