Neptune Bicycle Pty Ltd is a company located in the Ultimo area of central Sydney that specializes in the rental, sale, and maintenance of various types of electric bicycles. Role: Bike Mechanic Locations: Ultimo, Sydney Start date: ASAP Hours: Casual / Partime - Monday to Friday 10.30 am-5.30 pm $26 – $30 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble new bicycles to be delivered to customers
Perform pre-sale inspection on bicycles
Service and repair bicycles brought in by customers
Provide recommendations to customers on repair options, parts, and accessories for bicycles
May involve sales duties and general store responsibilities such as answering phone calls, serving customers, and opening/closing the store.
Skill and Experience we are looking for
- Proficient in using various power tools - Ensure operational compliance and safety of all e-bike - Previous mechanical experience (e-bikes or scooters is a plus!) - Bring high standards and excellent attention to detail - Motivated, energetic, and physically fit - our bikes are heavy so you’ll need to be comfortable lifting and moving 25kg+ e-vehicles
