Bike Skills – Cycling Coaches & Party Hosts Wanted (Casual/Part-Time)

Location: East Bentleigh, VICWeekends required | Training provided | Fun, active environment

Bike Skills is Australia's largest indoor bike park and the nation's leading provider of Learn-to-Ride and children's cycling education programs. We teach thousands of children every year through lessons, group programs, birthday parties and school excursions — and we're growing!

We are seeking enthusiastic, patient, and child-focused team members to join our coaching and hosting team.

About the Role

As a Bike Skills Coach/Host, you will:

• Teach Learn-to-Ride lessons to children aged 3–12Support school groups, incursions and excursions

• Demonstrate confident riding ability to effectively instruct children

• Hold a current Working with Children Check before commencing employment

• Lead fun and engaging birthday parties

• Assist children in developing essential riding skills, confidence and safety awareness

• Provide a welcoming, professional and positive environment for families

• Work confidently with minimal supervision

• Help maintain a safe and clean facility

Applicants must hold permanent residency or appropriate Australian work rights.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Loves working with children and creating positive experiences

• Is patient, calm, encouraging and great at communicating

• Is energetic, reliable and proactive

• Can work both independently and as part of a team

• Has weekend availability (essential)

• Holds (or can obtain) a Working With Children CheckBonus skills (not essential):

  • Experience in sports coaching, childcare, teaching or recreation

  • Basic cycling knowledge

  • First aid certificate
