Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising.
Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
Support the sales team in achieving store goals and promoting store initiatives.
Answering enquires over the phone.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000 minimum per year + super
Bonus Opportunities: Staff products discount
Working Hours
Monday to friday 9am to 4pm
Saturday: 9am to 2pm
Sunday: ALWAYS OFF
You will be working in a 5 days roster with 2 consecutives days off
Experience in the e-Bike and e-Scooter industry is a plus.
