THE BICYCLE EMPORIUM

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for customers by providing excellent service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Provide product information and recommendations

• Process sales transactions using the POS system

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels

• Assist with promotions and in-store displays

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends if required

• Interest in cycling an advantage

• Australian work rights required for this position
