What You’ll Do

• Have a professional, customer focused, and high performing sales philosophy

• You will be highly proactive in your approach with a strong can do attitude

• Assist in ensuring that visual merchandising standards are met and maintained, restocking as needed, ensuring product presentation areas remain clean and organised

• Receiving new product and inventory management

• Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation

• Store transfers tracking and transporting

• Tracking and assisting webstore sales and coordination of delivery

• Stay up to date with the latest products and complete Specialized University training

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand

• At least 18 months experience in Bicycle Retail

• You are a self starter and thrive on meeting deadlines and you like working in a fast paced environment

• Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members

• You are able to work to a roster which includes Saturday’s

• You love to interact with riders

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook

• You are able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills

• Social Media experience beneficial
