We’re looking for an experienced Senior Ride Consultant (Retail Sales) to lead from the front—delivering exceptional rider experiences, strong sales performance, and high store standards. This is a hands-on retail role with added responsibility, supporting daily store execution and helping lift the capability of the wider team.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Rider experience & sales
Create outstanding rider experiences—ask great questions, listen well, and recommend the best solutions
Drive results by meeting/exceeding sales, margin, service and operational KPIs
Build repeat customers through trust, expertise, and follow-through
Team support & store leadership
Lead by example on the floor and help coordinate daily priorities
Coach newer team members on rider engagement, product knowledge, and service standards
Store execution & operations
Maintain strong Visual Merchandising standards—presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness
Support inventory processes (stock control, cycle counts, transfers, reconciliation)
Assist with webstore order coordination and delivery handover when needed
Community connection
Support local community engagement through shop rides, events, and in-store moments (and social media where relevant)

Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
Proven Bicycle Retail experience
You take initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
You are able to work to a roster which includes Saturday’s
You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to safely lift and move stock around the store
Social Media experience beneficial
