Overview of the Role:   

We are looking for Casual Bicycle Sales Consultant to join our team at Valley Cycles HQ.

Reporting to the Shop manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Dealing with customer queries and offering products and or general cycling advice.

• Management of stock inventory systems, including stock receipting, stock control and entry of stock into retail management systems.

• Deliver excellence in visual merchandising, operations and store processes.

• Booking in customers’ requests.

• Daily cash taking reporting.

  
  

Demonstrated experience is preferred although if you feel you meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply.

The Successful Applicant Must have:  

• Displays a positive attitude.

• Extensive knowledge across all styles, Mountain, Road, BMX.

•  Proven experience to delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity. 

•  Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a team.

• Proven experience and knowledge of Bicycle brands & accessories.

• Computer literate, strong organisational and admin skills.

• Proven experience in understand customer requests & repairing bicycles within relevant timeframes.
