We're a trusted, family-owned Australian bike shop that's been part of Melbourne's cycling community since 1986. From our humble beginnings in a tiny shopfront on Heidelberg Road, we've grown to three stores across Melbourne, and have still maintained our passionate nature around bikes and people.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the friendly face customers meet when they walk through our doors (or call us up). Your role is a mix of sales and store support, helping riders find their perfect bike, while keeping the shop running smoothly.
Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
Helping customers in-store, on the phone, and via email
Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right bike or product
Keeping the store organized, inventory accurate and operations on track
Tracking pricing and stock levels of products
Who We're Looking For
You're proactive, self-motivated, and love helping people
You're organised, reliable, and take ownership of your work
You communicate clearly and confidently
You're preferably passionate about bikes (experience in the bike industry is a plus, but not essential)
You're available to work both weekdays and weekends with flexible scheduling arrangements
