We are seeking casual Sales Assistants to join our busy Richmond store.
To be considered for this role you need to:
Be a highly motivated person who strives to get the most out of each day
Have a ‘can do’ attitude to making the store and yourself highly successful
Have had previous experience in a bike store and/or retail sales
Be able to demonstrate that you have a passion for providing the best customer service experience
Be dedicated, committed and disciplined to work hard to EXCEED targets each day
Have the ability to work to a flexible roster
Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service
Online Customer Service
Maintain Click and Collect Lead times
Selling bicycles, parts & accessories
Building bicycles
Repairing small issues with bikes
Working with the store manager and staff to make the store an operational and financial success
Discipline to adhere to company policies and procedures
Working to exceed individual and store targets
Maintaining store display and presentation
