As a junior member of our team, we will offer you hands on sales and customer service experience. You will interact with customers via a range of mediums, in person and online. You will be trained with product knowledge that will enable you to work effectively with our diverse range of products. There are also opportunities for career progression within our company down the track.

About the Role

• Showroom sales and promotion

• Phone calls, emails and online chat enquiries

• Order processing

• Assist with delivery enquiries, refunds and return requests

Key Qualities and Attributes

• Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability

• Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar

• Strong customer service ethic

• A high standard of presentation and grooming

• An understanding of the workings of online shopping

• Retail experience

Rostered Hours

We are currently looking for Monday, Friday and Saturday shifts with an immediate start.

Typical weekday shift hours: 8:30am to 5:00pmTypical Saturday shift hours: 9:30am to 3:30pm
