About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and friendly Casual Sales & Customer Service Rep to join our Melbourne team. You’ll be on the frontline of the LEKKER experience — welcoming customers in-store, answering calls and emails, and helping people find their perfect ride. Whether you're helping a commuter upgrade to an eBike or solving a quick tech query, you’ll be essential to delivering a world-class customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and assisting customers in-store, guiding them through our eBike range
Responding to phone and email enquiries with clarity and professionalism
Supporting test rides and offering technical insights (training provided)
Assisting with showroom upkeep and stock display
Handling basic admin tasks and customer follow-ups
Collaborating with the wider team to keep things smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator with a natural customer-first attitude
Retail or customer service experience (bonus if it’s in bikes or outdoor gear)
Ability to learn fast and explain technical concepts simply
Organised, proactive, and great with people
Available on weekends and weekdays (flexible casual hours)
Bonus: Knowledge or interest in eBikes or cycling culture
