About LEKKER
LEKKER is a premium European-inspired e-bike brand built for modern urban living. We design clean, minimal bikes that combine style, simplicity and performance, and we deliver a customer experience to match.
We’re looking for a confident, well-presented Customer Experience & Sales Representative to join our North Melbourne store and become a key part of the LEKKER journey.
This role blends showroom sales, customer service, operations and post-sale support. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys both people and process.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a premium in-store and phone-based customer experience while supporting daily store operations.
Sales & Customer Experience
Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the LEKKER range
Confidently present key differences between models
Run safe, structured test rides
Recommend the right model based on customer needs
Close sales professionally and confidently
Deliver premium handovers
Customer Service (Inbound & Outbound)
Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
Follow up leads and quotes via outbound calls
Resolve warranty claims and returns
Manage customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain LEKKER tone-of-voice across all communication
Systems & Admin
Use Freshdesk for ticket management and customer communication
Use Monday.com for workflow tracking
Create quotes and orders
Add accessories to orders
Book workshop appointments
Capture and maintain accurate customer data
Store Operations
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Reset and tidy store sections
Support open and close procedures
Communicate effectively with the workshop team
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Well-spoken with strong phone etiquette
Neat, professional and presentable
Confident communicator
Ability to handle difficult situations politely
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM and POS systems
Experience in retail sales and/or customer service
Ideal (But Not Essential)
Knowledge of e-bikes or cycling industry
Experience in premium retail
Experience with Freshdesk, Monday.com or similar platforms
