About the Role and You:
Working alongside our experienced customer service team your role will involve engaging with our customers regarding a wide array of bicycles across all categories including e-bikes and custom builds to spare parts, clothing, accessories. You will be working within a supportive environment to help increase the growth of the business, provide a high-quality customer experience whilst developing a solid understanding of our products through on the job and online training.
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous work experience in a customer service role in the bicycle industry is preferred but not essential
Can demonstrate you are committed, reliable and are continually learning to improve your capabilities
Good communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with both team members and customers
