The Role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for full-time retail sales roles within one of Australia’s leading bike retail stores, Drift Bikes. Our people are dedicated to understanding the needs of our customers and helping them find the right products to suit them. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing business in a supportive and collaborative environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential!

Drift Bikes is the exclusive dealer for Specialized, TREK Bicycles, Santa Cruz Bicycles, Pivot Cycles, GT Bicycles, Transition, YETI, Smartmotion e-bikes, Electra e-bikes, Forgotten BMX, Radio BMX and Subrosa Brand and more. We are a family-owned business servicing Newcastle and the Hunter since 2003. We specialize in sales, service, bike fitting and repairs of all bicycles and supply everything for the beginner to the elite cyclist.

About your skills and experience To be successful in the role, you will have:  Strong customer service and sales experience  Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers  A high level of initiative with the ability to work as part of a team  Industry experience in the bicycle industry (not essential but will be highly regarded)  Passion for bicycles of all kinds
