With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bicycle shop, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the top brands in the industry, including Cervelo, Focus, Look, Felt, Pinarello and Moots.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Bicycle Sales Specialist, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales revenue and profit growth;
Greet and connect with customers (in-store, over the phone, or by email), listen to their needs, and give options and advice to meet their needs;
Enjoy closing profitable sales, whether large or small;
Manage customer sales orders;
Book in service jobs and new builds for our workshop mechanics;
Handle warranty management and ensure clear communication with customers;
Maintain visual merchandise standards and keep product presentation areas clean and organized;
Process stock, including receiving goods, pricing, and shelving;
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge;
Contribute to our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram;
Follow checklists and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for bicycles and a strong knowledge of bike parts and accessories;
Is positive, energetic and friendly with customers and other staff;
Possesses excellent computer skills, point-of-sale experience, and clear verbal and written communication abilities;
Has exceptional attention to detail, with willingness to follow procedures;
Is neatly presented, punctual, and reliable;
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently;
Is available to work most Saturdays.
