Bicycle Sales Consultant/Service Technician

Love bikes and working with people? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant/Service Technician to join our busy, well-established local bike shop.

While experience in bicycle repairs and maintenance is not essential, a mechanical mindset and eagerness to learn are a must.

We stock a wide range of leading bike brands and accessories, with a strong focus on eBikes including Cruzr, Fatboy, Fatfish, Rever and AMPD to name a few, as well as road, mountain and kids bikes.

The Role

• Full-time position (5 days per week on a rotating roster)

• Includes every second Saturday (9am–2pm)

• Above-award hourly rate

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers choose the right bike and accessories

• Retail sales and general shop duties

• Building, servicing and repairing bikes and eBikes

• Keeping the workshop organised and running efficiently

About You

• Retail and/or sales experience preferred

• Friendly, approachable and good with customers

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for cycling (especially eBikes)

• Mechanically minded and willing to learn

• Bike mechanic/service experience is a bonus, not essential
