Bike Shop Retail & Digital Team Member

Casual and Full-Time Positions Available

Giant North Lakes is looking for friendly, reliable team members who are passionate about bikes and everything bike-related.

This is a varied role combining retail, customer service, digital content and general workshop assistance.

The role may include

• Retail sales and customer service

• Assisting customers with bikes, accessories and equipment

• Social media and website updates

• Creating and maintaining online product listings

• General workshop assistance

• Receiving and organising stock

• Helping keep the store organised and running smoothly

About you

You’ll ideally have:

• Good bike knowledge

• General bicycle workshop skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Confidence using computers and social media

• A positive attitude and willingness to help across the business

• Good organisation and attention to detail

Previous bike shop or retail experience would be an advantage, but the right attitude, bike knowledge and willingness to learn are most important.

Weekend availability is required.
